I am going to stand by my first published review but I would like to add an update..... After leaving my review, I was asked to reach out to the location leader/manager, Chelsea. I was extremely impressed with Chelsea. She listened to my whole story before responding and addressed each concern. She did not make excuses and seem very concerned about my experience.
