I am a regular customer at Take 5 in Lexington, SC. I received thorough service from Mason and Chelsea. A regular oil change was performed with an update on other services that might be needed depending on mileage. I needed new wiper blades and opted to buy and have them installed by Mason, my service technician. He was upbeat and friendly and I appreciated his enthusiasm. Very nice staff, super quick, and incredible discounts for Military
Been there (Lexington, SC location) 3 times and it's usually good. Today they forgot to re-attach the oil drip screen. If I had hit a pothole or something it.could have come flying off and hit something or someone. Called the store to give a friendly heads up and the employee acted like it was no biggie. Tried calling corporate office but was on hold for over 30 mins.. Take ownership of what you do!
