Second time going there and everyone was nice, they gave me a cold water to drink while I waited and the entire process was quick.
ALL the technicians were nice fast and courteous. But I received an oil change that I didn't need. Thanks to the technician that explained the topoff after the oil change. I forgot about the time frame for changing my vehicle. I went at 3000 miles and over 3 months like I did with my older vehicles. I thought I had ruined my car. But I look at it as a learning lesson and now I know a little more about oil changes.
