I've had good experiences with a different crew here, but today the gentleman were hitting my air filter lid to get it to close which bent the clips (my husband fixed it). I felt it was unprofessional to continue to hit and force something like that. Also note that they put their free top off/halfway point on the sticker miles, so I paid for a full oil change when it should have been a top off. They gave me a coupon to make up for that mistake.
