Great service.
I was charged for full synth filter they didn't have, returned to question it, they voided thboriginal charge, but recharged close to the same amount. They finally voided the second charge and then charged correct amount and even took another $15 off. So, they made it right, but it took a while.
Logan was very helpful. He was professional and respectful. Logan was training two employees while changing my oil. Logan was very knowledgeable and great with the trainees. Logan is definitely management material. I will continue to bring my vehicle to the Reedsburg location.
