You really got to have a pretty bad experience to go out of your way and write a bad review well for me I’m sitting in my car for over 40 minutes haven’t even started the oil change and these people are just some goofballs so unaware of peoples time like Yall are known for the quickest service honestly will never come here again save yourself time and money and go literally anywhere else I just waited an hour of time to not even get an oil change.
Served us a free COLD bottle of water. Fast and comprehensive. We also got a filter (gag on the old 1, which they showed us). No pressure to buy more, just fyi's. Plus a veteran discount.
Employees were friendly, professional, and curtious!
I come here for my oil changes often and have always known Take 5 to be open until 7:00. The hours listed online still say 7:00. I pulled up tonight at about 6:05 and was told they couldn't help me becauase they close at 6:00. I questioned, as there was two employees still inside the business. No big deal if the hours change but a rather big inconvenience when they're posted incorrectly online and then you get there to be told they're different.
