Always gone here, for years and years. Never had a problem. Old staff were helpful and nice. Went in yesterday. The new staff did not inspire confidence. Woke up to a puddle of oil in my driveway. No oil on the dipstick at all. Don't know how I'm supposed to get my car anywhere and going to lose a full day of work. Wife has been on hold on the phone for almost 30 min. When they finally answered, same guy from yesterday, he offered no solutions. Had to call a different manager. Will update if things change but this is bullshi... read more
Oh, how I wish I never went to Take 5!!!!! Incredibly dishonest company that I will spread the word about! First thing is why is there no signs with prices on the outside or inside of the building! It only says pull inside and stay in your vehicle. You pull into the bay and the first thing they ask is if you're there for an oil change, you say yes and instantly start draining your oil. You ask the price and are told they need vehicle information first to know what type of oil.. and they are still draining your oil. You are a... read more
