Deanna's chair massages are amazing. She uses some kind of pressure point technique and always zones in on the sore spots on my shoulders to get the muscles to loosen up. During the 30 min chair massage she does a very thorough job on my neck, shoulders, back, scalp, arms and hands. It's incredibly relaxing. My monthly massages with Deanna of Take 5 Massage are how I take care of myself. From the moment I arrive, I am in relaxation mode!
