Have had to replace my unlimited pass 3 times because the scanner does not pick it up and when I get off work there's nobody outthere to read my pass...very frustrating unless you go around 1pm when someone stands at the scanner. Need an app that you can scan...would be much more efficient

Employees are so kind and helpful! Dylan helped me out. Car wash was great! Love being able to vacuum first, cleaning products and towels are awesome!
I have used Take5 in other places and genuinely loved the experience. However, this location was a disaster. I paid $22 for the single wash and my car still has streaks of dirt on it. The girl who scrubbed the front of my car also put the brush on the hood of my car- come to find out my car is completely scratched on the hood. I have never had damage from a car wash like this.
