Closing with put notice to customers is really bad customer service. 2 times is too many!!! Pls text & already your request customers, you know who we arw!! Pls let the staff know ahead of time, get it together.
DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I brought my new car here for its first wash, and the brushes left scratches all over the paint. They must not maintain the brushes. Needless to say this is a tremendous disappointment. I emailed management and am hoping they do something to help here. Either way, I would not recommend bringing your car here, as looking at past reviews, I’m not the only person this has happened to.
Unauthorized membership created and charged to my card at the Golden Take 5 on back in July. I just discovered the monthly charge and went in person to cancel and requested a refund but still haven’t received it. Do not give your card unless you watch them process it.
Terrible customer service! I have signed up for a monthly membership and been charged twice now in the same month, yet I come in and my code won't work. Today, the rude guy said he could charge me again, but could do nothing about the other times, even though he can see the four account duplicates that have been setup for me. I declined and he made me back out through the tight cones and turns! I'll update my review if they make it right, but so far I have no faith based on my experience.
Update: Take 5 responded to my review asking me to call them, so I did. The number they provided looks like a local number, but it takes you to a menu where you can choose to speak to a representative. I did this, and was directed to an outsourced call center where the woman told me that since my claim was denied, there is nothing more that she can do.
