Overpriced for the wash. The back end of the car did not get cleaned. I doubt I will be back
This has nothing to do with the people. However, I have to say this has got to be one of the worst car washes I’ve ever been through. You are better off having a blind man try to hand wash your car. It doesn’t get the front of your car clean at all as there aren’t really any brushes that ever touch it. It leaves soap all over your car to where you have to wipe it down just to get all the soap off. Also, the towels are borderline dripping wet, so you can forget using them to clean your windows. Unfortunately, I had to give a one star review two tsunami. The staff has always been very friendly and gone out of their way to help me. That’s not the problem.. The problem is tsunami took over take five and quantity is more important than quality. They spread the lineup and it really does not do a good job. Before it got our vehicles 95% Now we’re lucky to get 65% clean. Slow the line back down I will sign up all three of my vehicles again!
