Two interior Windows scratched deeply. Owner claims couldn't be them. Right in my line of vision. Poor business not doing the right thing. Beware.
I was driving down Hillsborough and noticed this car wash and oil change business was here. I'm so glad I found out about this place. I had my oil change and car wash done here. They do an awesome job. They also sell wine here!! It's literally a one stop shop :)
I love this car wash. I've been taking my cars here for years. The location is convenient. The prices are reasonable. The pace moves quickly enough, unless they're very busy. They're usually swamped over the weekend. If you don't have time to wait for too long, I suggest you go during the week.
NEVER EVER EVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! Usually I detail my car myself, however I took my car here and they completely RUINED my rims. They are taking NO accountability in regards to this and are basically telling me that they did not do this and that they do not make mistakes. I would run FAR FAR away from this place unless you want to end up like I am. It will cost me $950 to get my rims "fixed" Thanks a lot A Plus car wash for ruining my wheels....
Do not ever bring you car to A Plus Car Wash & Lube. I received an oil change two weeks ago and now need a new motor in my vehicle. These so called experts never tighten my oil filter (which has been confirmed from 6 other mechanics.) When calling A Plus to question them about how they are going to rectify the situation I was laughed at by the manager/owner Gus, stating it was not his responsibility. The total damage on my vehicle will cost $6500 in repair. I will be doing everything in power to see that my damages are paid ... read more
