The attendant (Kye?) was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time at the Johnson City location and he carefully explained the options. The assistant manager, Alaina, was also very helpful with my questions and directing me. This was my best car wash experience! Very professional!
Cancelled my membership. Cannot for the life of me understand why they have good reviews honestly. Car wash barely even gets your vehicle halfway cleaned. Rags smell like soured water and vacuums are typically broken
