This business can go right to hell as far as I'm concerned. I had a coupon for a free car wash and did not realize it expired at the end of March. The guy at the one on 52 would not honor it. Of course, the reason he would not honor it is that he thought he would be getting in trouble with management which is seriously problematic. Every single retailer out there that I know if you come in with an expired coupon that's not ridiculous they'll honor it because they want your long term business. Just purchased a new truck and wanted to try this place instead of crew which I’m familiar with sinceI have a membership with my existing vehicle. To me this place isn’t worth the risks. All of the reviewers can’t be wrong. Plus crew has several locations in Tippecanoe county bad most places in the state of Indiana. How can this place have so many kinks? And they don’t take are of customers when they damage vehicles, not cool.
I have a membership and went through the automatic car wash and now my car is scratched really badly down the side and the refuse to accept accountability for it “for my car being too old ..” it wasn’t like that before management needs to take accountability for damages done to people’s vehicles I pay 30$ a month to come here and I expect good customer service and support to get the issue resolved
I was a crew member and I recently switched to tsunami! I promise you, the chemicals they use are better for your car AND your car will stay cleaner for longer than crew or any car washes! My car has never shined brighter or stayed clean for as long as a wash at tsunami! Nick is very informative on everything you need to know about this branch- from the chemicals in the wash to pricing and any other questions! Nick is such a positive addition to an awesome business!
