If I could leave a zero I would. When I paid for the first month the teenager who signed me up said it was not reoccurring, as I specifically asked. Next month, charged. I say okay, fine, I'll keep using it a while. Then I go to cancel and 4 months later they are still charging my account. Each month I have to contact their "support" to cancel my account and receive a refund. This company is fraudulent and should never be trusted with your credit/debit card number. This is my go to car wash , 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend. They have great Customer Service And There is always somebody here to help when I need anything . Thank you guys for being so awesome
Do not sign up for this car wash auto pay. They will tell you that it is cancelled. Bill you one more month. Then decline a refund because you used the full final month you paid for.
