Carwash on Phoenix Ave in Ft Smith has had issues 3 times that I've been there. Blonde lady there isn't rude but isn't really helpful either.
They diddnt tighten down my oil filter and all but 2 quarts of oil leaked out, now they wont give me a refund for the oil change or the new oil I had to add. Not to mention the parts I had put in the engine becouse the check engine light came on due to low oil. They will not answer at the location when you call and their district headquarters directs your call right back to their location where they will not answer the call. I went in person and they said they would have to talk to upper managment and call me back. I still h... read more
