I have a monthly subscription and have been going to Take 5 carwash for years and they have been closed for about 6 weeks for maintenance but they are still taking out my subscription fee and they have made it impossible to cancel it I have called 8 times and left messages no reply as well as there are 5 emails with no reply. 5 newish carwashes in Gainesville are easier to get in and out of. DON'T GO TO TAKE 5 CARWASH!
I'\n M very unpleased with this location. I've been going there since they've been open and I'm a monthly member. Also I went there. I have nothing that is extra on my vehicle. Basic everything and I went through the car, wash the side brushes actually took my windshield wiper. Popped it all the way back where I heard a loud pop which could have broke my windshield and broke the motor inside and also bent the left driver's arm windshield wiper now, when I try to get to work, I have to take an Uber because I can't use a winds... read more
