I was very disappointed today. Every time I’ve had my car washed there in the past. It has been pre-scrubbed on the front, windshield, the back. Today, none of that happened. The employee that was at the entrance of the washer, guided me to the conveyor and that was all he did.
I have a monthly membership. The employees are very friendly/accommodating. However, since it changed ownership, my car does not get clean very well. The vacuums don't have enough suction. The air hoses do not have enough power to even blow a crumb of any surface. The “clean towels” provided smells like gasoline. I'm going to cancel my membership
Went through the car wash, multiple soap and washer sprayers are not working properly
