Always plenty of clean towels and cleaning items.
Always friendly staff, clean location. It depends who is working the car wash depends on how much attention is paid to your prewash brushing, some do just a token gesture but the two ladies seem to pay more attention to the rocker panels not just front and rear bumpers.
