Went to wash my car, None of the vacuums would turn on. Tried to get in touch with customer service for a while, no one would answer. 🫤
Have a prepaid membership for another vehicle so I planned on purchasing one for recently purchased truck. Was unable to prepay online and the attendants were unable to do it without their manager’s help (not there that day). Decided to get a wash while there and left scratches and a gouge on the side of my truck. Since the manager, Philip was not there, I returned the following day to file an incident report. Received a follow up email from corporate stating that they have denied the claim to fix the damage.
