my wives car was damaged. they don't want to do the right thing and fix it. NEVER GO HERE! $25 FOR A WASH THAT DID NOT EVEN CLEAN THE CAR! DO THE RIGHT THING AND PAY FOR THE DAMAGE
My car was damaged inside of this car wash. The manager had to go inside the bay due to car wash ripping a piece off of my new car. They denied my claim. DO NOT GO HERE. BAD BUSINESS. $20+ WASH AND MY CAR WAS NOT EVEN CLEAN
Have had the monthly “membership” prior to this company purchasing the car wash. Called customer service as they over billed me $19.99 for month of March and again in April. Finally got an answer at “customer service” number. Agent refused to admit they entered one of the vehicles on the account twice when took over the company, even though the license plate was entered twice.
