Skylar, the assistant manager was Very patient with me While I was dealing with some card issues. I don’t typically go to automatic car washes and he was Very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what option was best for me. On top of that, Sebastian was a great help with paying attention to detail. I drive a lot from work and The exterior of my car was pretty covered in Bug the ladder and he made sure to scrub it down as much as he could so when it came out, it was looking good as new. Zero Stars if Possible. This is the worst car wash location I have used in six months of membership. On the 22nd, management attempted to enforce a new requirement to place the membership sticker on my vehicle a requirement not listed in the Terms and Conditions. When I refused, the store manager took my sticker but assured me I could continue service by providing my phone number at the kiosk for the remainder of my subscription.
