Cracked the windshield on my brand new two week old truck... Even with video footage showing no damage prior to entering told me it's my fault.... Save your you want damage and scratches to your car just do it yourself lol
After being hesitant the wife talked me into going thru in my brand new 26 ram and of course I get a crack down middle of windshield that I noticed when got out to wipe down. We talked with manager while there. He assured us it would be taken care of within 7 days and after 14 they email after my wife called and emailed over and over to tell me won't pay for it because it was prior issue!!!! They have cameras that can clearly see but yet still denied. Beware no matter what they'll try to screw you over their issues. Just wan... read more
