I got a car wash and had to go through twice and then ended up doing the entire front of my vehicle by hand. It was still dry when we came out of the car wash. Did great on the sides of the van. It did ok on the back. Sweepers were powerful. They didn’t have any “extras” working or stocked. Like fine cleaning tools and towels.
Pretty good wash & friendly staff, but seems to be unfinished from the switchover to Tsunami. Lots of stuff not working, parts laying around taking up parking spaces & only 1 lane has worked for over 30 days, hardly ever clean towels to dry with, bottles with cleaner are very slim Pickens nowadays & I know this because I'm there everyday. Cracked the windshield on my brand new two week old truck... Even with video footage showing no damage prior to entering told me it's my fault.... Save your you want damage and scratches to your car just do it yourself lol
After being hesitant the wife talked me into going thru in my brand new 26 ram and of course I get a crack down middle of windshield that I noticed when got out to wipe down. We talked with manager while there. He assured us it would be taken care of within 7 days and after 14 they email after my wife called and emailed over and over to tell me won't pay for it because it was prior issue!!!!
