I had never had a problem with this car wash until I found that they were taking extra money out of my account to pay for another person's car washes. I have paid an extra $532 in one year and still nobody will refund my money. You can talk to the manager but that person will only give you an email! Nobody responds! Do not use a credit or debit card to let them automatically take money out of your account! I will be taking further action to get my money back. Serena Bright
