I drive 30 minutes round trip and several times in the past 2 months they are closed for some reason not given. I pay for a monthly wash pass and it’s frustrating and I feel ripped off!
Canceling my membership. There's absolutely no reason to keep paying for something I can't use. They either close early or not open at all. The bad thing is, we LOVE this place when it's open. We drive from Louisville down here to get it because the ones in Louisville suck. Photo taken at 5:45pm on a Saturday.
Only complaint is the left side of my car never gets water off of it, and it misses the tires with gel. BUT....I'm satisfied
I like the unlimited washes for monthly price. Great vacuums and supplies for further cleaning.
