This is the 2nd incident where I visited the Statesboro location and there was suds left on the car after exiting from the carwash. The first time this happened, the attendant had to hose the suds off the car. This time, I opted to wipe the suds off myself. I think the carwash needs maintenance. Several of the vacuums were out this time as well.
Don't bother calling, no one picks up. Straight garbage. My fiancé went by herself and an employee snuck up behind her and whistled at her while she was vacuuming her car. He made suspicious comments at her previously as well. Disgusting.
Incredible customer service. Professional, courteous, thoroughly explained options so we were able to make informed decisions on which worked best for us.
