Two thirds of the rinse cycle wasn’t working . It leaves a lot of soap on the vehicle.. You do a very poor job of maintaining equipment. Half of the vacuum equipment doesn’t work. I usually talk to anyone there to let them know the equipment isn’t working properly. This is a very reoccurring issue. I probably will go to another car wash unless these items don’t improve. You have lost a lot of customers due to poor maintenance.
Staff is amazing, everything runs smooth. And Aiden always remembers how much I love the air fresheners there!
I would give more stars if the mud on my car actually came off after being washed. I live down a dirt road, and there is always mud left after it is washed. There is no time spent on the back of the car, before going through the wash.
The day I went, I only wanted a single wash & that’s it, but I was persuaded to get the membership that way I can go an unlimited amount of times. When it came time for the wash, it did not shoot out soap or the multicolored conditioner I was promised. Only the machines that scrub your car worked. At the end, it did not rinse nor dry my vehicle. Worst $16 ever spent. Will be canceling my membership
