The tire shine hasn't worked in a long time. I quit going here, but was going to try it again. Same terrible result. Front was hardly touched and passenger side wasn't cleaned hardly at all. Drivers side was ok, but still had soap scum and spots near the bottom that wasn't touched.
We pay a lot for our membership. It is sad when you go through the car wash and things are not working, why do we have to pay top dollar for that. I have noticed things getting worse at more than one location. Very frustrating!
This wash doesnt even soak your car before you get to the brushes so then the dirt just gets all brushed in. Its like this place has no water. The suds part spits out barely and doesn't even reach the car. Very lackluster place. Better off squirting dawn soap on your car and letting it sit in the rain.
Absolutely terrible experience. Went twice within 2 months and both times the car didn't even come close to clean. Paid for top tier service and half of what you pay for didn't work. No tire shine, no wax, and no spot free rinse. Only one side of my car got washed while the other side didn't work. Machine held together with a strap. Left soap all over the car.
