Extremely poor customer service. I stopped by today to get a car wash & afterwards, while drying off my car, I noticed new scratches that were definitely not there before. I spoke with the employee who was stationed outside and he was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. He immediately told me that the scratches were old, despite the fact that they clearly were not. Make sure if you cancel your membership you do it via email so you have an electronic paper trail I canceled on the app and confirm the next day that my membership was canceled and it said canceled yet they kept billing me for five more months!!! What’s more is that they only reimbursed me so far for the last two months Not Good business ethics with this company I would not recommend them
Went here multiple times over the last month. My car comes out super dirty still. Didn't used to. Idk what's going on there. Then yesterday I went & now my car is broke down. Pouring oil. I know it was the car wash because it was driving perfectly before. Its newer. Never had a problem with her. I'm just wondering if they found a piece of my oil plug or part of my car in there. Vacuums were down. Idk but hey if yall find a cart part in there. It's mine.
The vacuums are always broken ...towels are always damp. im thinking about driving in town to a different one from now on and canceling my membership at this one.
