I purchased the $24.95 monthly package on October 30, 2025. The car wash was advertised as Take 5. I went through the wash several times throughout the month of November. Each time my car was left not clean especially in the back by the taillights. It looked like the brushes didn't touch that area. The last time I went through, my car was left with soap all over it and I did not notice until I got home. I immediately sent the company an email and tried to cancel my membership. I really appreciate this service. Very convenient , and help my car stay clean . That being said on more than one occasion some of the rollers don't work. Also the first main roller doesn't clean the back of my small SUV very well at all. So after the wash I have to wipe it down to get remaining dirt off. But still a good treat.
My debit card card was skimmed at this location a few days ago, and my bank account was drained! Law enforcement has been notified, as well as my bank! This place is notorious for this, I have now discovered!
