Do not under any circumstance use this car wash! The car in front of me went off the rails. They finally managed to tow her off. Don’t waste your time or money coming to this car wash. You’ll have to manually dry your car yourself because your car will be so wet after you went through the dryers. The detail center sucks, the microfibers are soaking wet before you use them. I went today and half of the vacuums were shut down, and the other half were so weak they would barely suck anything up (I switched spots several times just to find a vacuum that did the bare minimum). Single worst "wash" I've ever gotten. I got a basic wash for like $12, so I wasn't expecting anything more than that. A basic wash. Just clean off the dust and the light streaks from rain we had recently. This thing covered my car in soap and beat the hell out of it with brushes but didn't rinse it off. The water pressure from the sprayers was so weak that when I drove out of the wash my entire back end, my windows, and right under the hood of my car (that I can see through my windshield) was still caked with a layer of suds... read more
Cancelling mine and my husband's subscriptions today after the rude attendant cussed my husband. Bye Felicia. After reading the reviews, I see that this same employee was rude and threatened to call police on another customer. That is exactly what this employee did to my husband when he pointed out the soap still left on his car. To heck with this place..
