This car wash has gone straight downhill since Tsunami took over. It used to be one of the best. Now it’s one of the worst I’ve ever been to. No bug spray, no pre-scrub, nothing. Just a useless light show that doesn’t clean a thing. I went through twice and still had to spend over an hour scrubbing the car myself. Total waste of time and money. This place is a complete dump and the staff are rude and disgusting. I overheard gross sex talk while someone was trying to sell me a package, and the manager was belligerent when I brought it up. I’ll never be back.
They are currently rebranding as Tsunami Carwash. Truly one of the worst carwashes in Indiana. They will charge you a 30 dollar carwash but give you 11 dollar service. Highly unprofessional workstaff as well.
Absolute worst experience ever the employees were too busy chatting to be of any assistance and all the vacuums didn't work hardly at all kinda seemed like they were full to capacity needing to be emptied I'm not sure who's in charge here but they need to clean house before they loose more loyal customers!!
