Customer service has really gone done. Between the low quality wash, low suction vacuums and the I don't care attitude of the staff, I'm almost to the point of cancelling my fast pass to look for a quality car wash. There is always a spot in the center of the rear of a car that never gets touched. One of the staff members tried to tell me that it was because there was a truck that went through ahead of me. But I've been through that car wash when there wasn't a truck ahead of me and the same thing happens.
Site was clean and tidy & the general manager Jaylen was very nice and friendly! I give collierville’s take 5 location a 10/10
