I worked briefly for this company about a year ago. The hours and pay are an absolute joke. Plus they fired me when I had covid. They also don’t pay you if you go over your time. Absolutely rubbish company. Don’t bother!
Used to work for them looks like it gone down hill since working for them in 2004/2005
Please don't join this company....you will work they won't pay you enough and they will call you to do work without training people, they even asked me to attend to client to do sanction which I wansent trained for. After working so much, they wont give you reference! The managers in the office talk any how to care workers...so at the end people always leave them. Don't join this company they are rubbish Louisa has no manners.
Worked with them for about 5 years... No loyalty, poorly run, management in the office doesn't even know how to care for clients themselves. Let clients down a lot telling them that they cannot provide care. Only thing that is good is the carers themselves. Other than that be prepared to be let down.
