If I could place -5 negative stars I would. This place has lied and kept my lawn mower at there location for over 7 weeks and never completed any type of work. Just a simple belt replacement - zero communication, no call backs, the response to my calls and questions are...were sorry, our repair tech is out, or at lunch, or they quit. Then I call back and they inform me that they have moved my lawn mower and everyone else's equipment off site to a storage unit without my knowledge or approval - after I call and inquire the st... read more
I took my mower there to get fixed 2 or 3 weeks ago.I went there today to check on it,the whole entire shop is gone.No mowers no where in site.
I just recently moved to the area and was living at my father in laws house with my husband and kids until we got our own place here. We don’t have anyone here that will help us and I needed help moving. Well, my husband was at work and I couldn’t drive my car to pick up the uhaul AND drive the car and uhaul back at the same time. This was my dilemma.. my husband works late and couldn’t really help. Took my mower in for a tune up. After three or four weeks, I was told it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the carburetor was in pieces in a box. After it was put back together it ran rough. They told me it was the gas they put in the mower. After I got it home and change the gas, it still ran rough. I asked them to fix it and I was offered 30 minutes of diagnose. I won't go back
