They shipped damaged chair it was tilted, But I still have a manufacturer warranty, so I called em and email them Everyday, and what they are telling me is I have to fix it myself. So I tried, but I failed, I hired handyman and said chair is 100% tilted and He can not fix it. After ordering over $20K worth a product, They treat the customers like stupid. I do not recommend this place. Please don't get played by these people. I will call my credit card company and get refund.
Bought 6 chairs in 2018 within 6 months the fabric tore on every chair I told the Company and they offered ugly ,cheap, used ,black chairs as a solution so they could fix the broken ones.which would take 6 months . I said no because would not go with my decor. I requested either replacements or something that matched and they refused. Dear fellow salon owners please do not order salon equipment from this company. I ordered over $14k in styling chairs and shampoo units back in August for my salon expansion. I was promised to have my equipment by October. Over numerous phone calls and hassles finally got this company to ship my order in November. Received my order today 4 days right before my grand opening on December 1st and was only delivered two shampoo units. Apparently my chairs were lost in freight.
