This morning, I had to get my car repaired, so I visited the place approved by my insurance company. However, since it was a mechanical issue, they couldn’t carry out the repair there. Seeing that I was in a difficult situation, one of the staff members kindly called a place that was approved by my insurer and capable of handling the issue, and also explained how to get there. I was truly grateful.
Amazing service, Tracy at the front was so helpful and keeped me update at all times . Michelle helping with picking up the curtesy vehicle . The team did an awsome job looks like a new car . I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else . Thank-you so much guys .
From Tracy at the front desk to the lads who completed the work, they are lovely people to deal with. The job was done brilliantly and they even cleaned my car inside and out. The job was completed on time. I was loaned a cute little car for the week. A big thank you to Takapuna Panelbeaters.
