We recently traded in and purchased a car from KGM, and had an excellent experience. Ronald and Goran were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs, making the process seamless. They also offer a great selection of vehicles to choose from.
Left disappointed - after purchasing a 2021 Ssangyong I wanted to get a full service carried out by the manufacturer. I inputted my mileage online during booking (111000) however a standard service (less mileage) for a 3-4 year old vehicle was carried out at $850 and told upon collection that the wrong service was carried out. My power steering pump on my Rhino packed up on Monday night, I took it in on Tuesday morning without booking it in, the service Manager Ash, checked and diagnosed the issue within minutes and told me to leave the vehicle with him and he would do his best to get it sorted, as part can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. He arranged a lift home for me and by 16:30 that same day called to say it was all fixed and ready to pick up. The ladies on the cohnters shiuld learn to greet everyone coming in. Staying focused on their screens is rude and unwelcoming.
Was my first time buying a car and Ren made the process very simple and easy for me to understand. She was very patient with me while we were working out my finances and I really appreciate that. Before driving the car off Jack showed me around the car in more detail and showed me different features I didn't even know about. 10/10 experience beginning to end, thanks team!
