My husband originally only went to Takalvans to purchase a replacement water filter for our older model New Age caravan when the Viscount V1 out the front caught his eye. We both loved the van instantly and it ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for when upgrading to a new caravan. The team at Takalvan caravans have been exception from when we first ordered our new Manta Ray mid last year. Justin provided good advice when we selected the model without any pushy sales pitch. We were kept informed at every stage and on delivery given a thorough run-down on the van which took 2 hours. Since then they have provided excellent telephone advice when needed and fixed some very minor issues we encountered. Thanks to the whole team we are very happy with our van and the team at Takalvan Caravans.
