Excellent, good range of service parts and love the range of New Age vans. Have a look at the adventurer. Smick. Yes I have a New Age big red and it's my second New Age and highly recommend it as a brand
The locking handle on the exterior door of our caravan broke while we were on holidays. We were unable to lock and secure our caravan and it was even hard to close and open. I called Takalvans and spoke to Justin. I didn't even know what brand of door we had but he worked it out from photos. He booked us in to have the door handle repaired the next day and it was repaired while we had breakfast. Service and quality of workmanship was absolutely the best. Highly recommended.
Had exactly what I was looking for my awening after trying 5 other places before. And great service!
Awful customer service. They don't know much and don't have any stock either.
