It's a long story of delays and excuses, but on July 30, we (my brother and I) paid $1,500 to Tony Keokham of TAK HOME Improvement LLC for the order of materials for the project to fix our 98 year old mother's front porch and repair the walkway in the front of her house. He insisted it would take 4-5 days start to finish and the final cost would be $3,122.94.
