Do NOT in any circumstances consider the services from this guy, Tony/Thongsa. His license and insurance not being listed on TAK HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC's website was unfortunately the red flag that I missed. It's constant lies and excuses with this guy. What he said was a 3-4 week job turned in to 3+ months of chasing and begging him to make things happen. It's a long story of delays and excuses, but on July 30, we (my brother and I) paid $1,500 to Tony Keokham of TAK HOME Improvement LLC for the order of materials for the project to fix our 98 year old mother's front porch and repair the walkway in the front of her house. He insisted it would take 4-5 days start to finish and the final cost would be $3,122.94.
