Have called 3 times for a new appointment and the phone just rings and rings and rings. Not a great first impression for a mental health facility.
Cancelled a first appointment without any explanation via a phone call less than 5 hours before the appointment
If you are looking for a practice that understands how difficult it is to struggle with mental health issues, I must recommend TAK. The entire TAK practice has proven to me they are consistent, organized and caring. For someone who tends to procrastinate visits and phone calls, having an office that initiates communication and is organized is essential.
