I can't seem to edit my first review so adding another to balance things out. I (and others it seems) didn't have a good experience with the previous owner (2019-2020), and when I returned and found it sold and unwilling to support problems with a vehicle I had purchased and had serviced there.. even though I was looking at a business with the same logo (with a one letter change from TAP to TAK) and the same business manager or service rep behind the desk ..it felt like I was being dodged. "TAP" Auto was a reputable business that was sold in 2019 and then run poorly - it was sold again within two years and with a one letter change from TAP to TAK seems to be trying to have both the reputation of the original owner yet distance itself from the problems left by the last one. Their current website states "TAK Auto has been providing auto and truck service for Northern Rhode Island for over 60 years." This simply can't be true since TAK has existed for less than a year.
