Tried to trust the 4.9 stars, regretted it. He changed my tires to 4 different tires (my mechanic said this is bad) and did NO balancing. He let me leave like that. Did not offer to fix it when I came back during the malfunction. Acted clueless when I said something was causing problems and told me to see a mechanic. So I went to a mechanic and they told me these tires need to be changed in a month, and that they didn't balance my wheels. So I'm down money for nothing. I would not buy tires from this place. I asked them various questions to ensure the tire was of quality before buying, and it’s clear I was lied to. 20 days in, I discovered my tire was patched on the sidewall (which shouldn’t happen) which obviously led to other problems. I was also refused a refund, which after all of the assurance the guy gave me while getting the tire was a bit baffling. Not to add that another tire is almost out of tread already. All 4 tires on a new to me 97' Chevy van had severe dry rot. The last shop informed me the size was uncommon , and it'd have to be ordered. Pressed for time, I pulled into Tajo Tire Saturday evening without appointment. I was greeted with a smile, and 10 minutes later, Manu rolled out two pairs of tires to fit and quoted a price that could not be beat. Two days and 15 hours of drive time later, I'm back home safe. Appreciate your hard work Manu, stay blessed!
