I mistakenly showed up 1 month early for my evening appointment. Dr. Shergill graciously saw me. This is my second time seeing her and she is very thorough. She also works with me on my contact prescription, finding the right fit and right correction, as I am very particular about how contacts feel in my eye. Last year she let me try 4 different contact types for a few days each, to find the right brand for me. I really appreciate her kindness and flexibility.
My family has been seeing Dr. Shergill for over 20 years. She is thorough and caring. When I was in for an eye exam, I also had a medical issue that was not related to my eyes, she called a specialist then and there and got me an appointment that same week! To me, that's going above and beyond an eye exam. I'm not as thrilled with the service or glasses we get from Pearle Vision (the Glasses store where her practice is located) but you can get a prescription and get your glasses somewhere else.
