Big Fan of the Indian.... – I've lived in this area of the West about 20 years now, and once I discovered Ft. Collins, then the Taj, I was hooked! I am an excellent chef and cook a lot of ethnic food, especially Indian (even order spices online!) and I still can't beat their Saag Paneer. Although I am getting close with their Baigan Bartha and some other dishes. Sigh, I'm making myself drool.... Long time fan - best Aloo Sag I've ever had. – My family has been eating at "The Taj" for over 10 years. I've consistently been overwhelmed by their friendly staff, prompt service, and amazing food. Even their take out is amazing! Their lunch buffet is always changing, but keeps my favorites on hand. Try it - you will not be disappointed.
Stinks - literally – This place stinks - literallhy. It's difficult to eat here with the overpowering stench that surrounds you while Indian food is known for its aroma. Avoid.
