I recently had my first appointment with Dr Kuye at the Harlingen clinic. I was skeptical because I read a few bad reviews here. I made a mistake with the clinic location, but the staff was very accommodating in allowing me to be seen. My wait time was about 45 minutes. ( not with an appointment). The staff was friendly and the paperwork was fast. They verified my insurance in advance so there was no issue. There were a lot of staff on hand to help with intake and vitals. I had a blood draw. VERY LONG WAIT..STAFF IS RUDE TO ELDERLY AND NEVER FOLLOW UP WITH CALL BACKS. MY DAD HAS BEEN DR. KUYE PATIENT FOR MANY YEARS...DR IS AWESOME BUT STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY OR CONSIDERATE. THEY ALSO LOST HIS BLOOD AND MADE HIM GO IN AGAIN AND BE RE STUCK..MY DAD IS 86 YEARS OLD AND THERE WAS NO NEED FOR THAT.
