Taiwan Spa in Short Pump is really bad. They front desk person as well as the "pretend" therapists (they are not licensed) only speak mandarin - no english at all. So they have no idea what type of massage you need. And the two therapists who were there on Friday, had no idea what a deep tissues/trigger point massage was. If I had to guess - I would say their staff are illegal immigrants who are transported in for the day and given minimal shelter at night. HORRIBLE! I made an appointment online for deep tissue shoulder/neck massage for noon. I received an online confirmation. three days later (the day before my appointment) I received a reminder. Both had the name Taiwan Spa, the address 11567 W. Broad St. But when I arrived - the three people who were standing around doing NOTHING, claimed I was a walk in (huh?), and when I showed them the confirming emails - they did not understand what an email was.
