Update July 19th: We had dinner at TaiwanMaMa tonight and was surprised with their new menu additions. I had a chat with Chef Peter Wong, and he gave his insights to the new menu items. We had the Braised Beef Brisket in Clay Pot, Clay Pot Clams with Glass Noodles. Both very good and definitely had the Chu Hou (柱侯牛腩) Beef Brisket flavor, a very traditional way of making Beef Brisket. The clams with glass noodles infused with the Shacha sauce.
