Hi, I’m reaching out regarding my massage appointment yesterday. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience and not what I paid for. During the session, the therapist had long nails that caused discomfort, used her phone multiple times (including texting while massaging with one hand), and the phone was placed next to my head vibrating repeatedly. My first time there for a foot massage. Very nice experience and I will go again.
The entire experience was amazing. The staff were super friendly, the prices were amazing, and my husband and I were very relaxed when we were done. Will definitely be back when we're in town. Thank you!
