Bought the black sesame taro cake cup. It was absolutely delicious. The flavors were so on point, it felt so creamy and cloudy, the best texture I could ask for. They were also super fresh. Would say they are on the pricey end.
ABSOLUTELY, UNEQUIVOCALLY OUTSTANDING! My only complaint is that you aren’t in New Jersey. Thank goodness my family is here, because I’ll absolutely be coming back for this place. While visiting the Ithaca Farmers Market, I bought an assortment of treats from Taiwan Cakery and brought them home to share with my family. Every single one of us was blown away. This is by far the best cakery in NY. Personally haven’t found anything as tasty! Also Teresa is very easy to work with and flexible. The only problem is now I’m addicted to the cakes! I am not usually a sweets person, but something about those cakes.
Definitely the best cakery in Ithaca ever. The aesthetic design is impressive, but their insistence on maintaining the food quality is inarguably the most respectful part. Highly recommended.
Visit Ithaca’s Farmer’s Market from Taiwan Cakery, for the MUST TRY Formosa Snow Cubes. It pairs so well with local wine. A must buy delicacy when you’re in the area!
