My Ford wildtrack V6 has been going into limp mode while towing my caravan. I was travelling north through Goodawindi and pulled up at Tait's Ford. I could not be happier Kristen in service was amazing. Not only did she know what was wrong with my ute. She straight away booked me in to have ute fixed. I was travelling to Victoria through goondiwindi and had a fault come on the car putting it in limp mode, called into Tait's ford and explained the fault which they diagnosed and replaced the faulty item which was done on a Friday afternoon, allowing me to continue travelling Saturday. The young lady on customer service desk was fantastic, explained what was diagnosed and drove my wife and I to main st to get a late lunch.Great experience with this company
Wouldn't use them at all, said countless things would be done before sale which were never done, ute needed rego and service not even 3 months into owning the vehicle(paid 75k for vehicle)tried to contact them countless times only to be told I said I would get the service done by myself not even 8 weeks into owning the vehicle and they would not pay a cent. completely ignored by all staff when I bought up the rego issue.
