My Ford wildtrack V6 has been going into limp mode while towing my caravan. I was travelling north through Goodawindi and pulled up at Tait's Ford. I could not be happier Kristen in service was amazing. Not only did she know what was wrong with my ute. She straight away booked me in to have ute fixed. So very happy with there high quality service. Im now a happy ford owner. Thank u again Tait ford especially Kristen
I was travelling to Victoria through goondiwindi and had a fault come on the car putting it in limp mode, called into Tait's ford and explained the fault which they diagnosed and replaced the faulty item which was done on a Friday afternoon, allowing me to continue travelling Saturday. The young lady on customer service desk was fantastic, explained what was diagnosed and drove my wife and I to main st to get a late lunch.Great experience with this company
Wouldn't use them at all, said countless things would be done before sale which were never done, ute needed rego and service not even 3 months into owning the vehicle(paid 75k for vehicle)tried to contact them countless times only to be told I said I would get the service done by myself not even 8 weeks into owning the vehicle and they would not pay a cent. completely ignored by all staff when I bought up the rego issue. Great experience trading my old Wildtrak for a new one at Taits. Sales person Rick Conroy had a realm of logistic hurdles to overcome with my Ranger and did an awesome job despite being the eofy. Recommend this team to anyone wanting to get into a new vehicle. Cheers D
