We did our Parent's visit visa with them. From the start until we received PPR they guided us and professionally handled the process. It was not an easy task, because we wanted to execute both parents' visit visas at once but Taisal staff was capable of getting it done within three weeks. Amazing service and I highly recommend them for immigration and other related legal services.
