Not a fan, very easy for your card to be used. They do not check ids or cards. Someone stole my card and was able to buy tires from this shop. Owner was very rude about the situation, all he cares is about the money.
The best customer service, came here first time to care of my vehicle’s windows and as a last minute service. Very professional approach, fair praise and excellent service. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a well done job and a great repairing service.
Never go to this place. My experience at Tais II Tire Shop in Newark was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The customer service is terrible, especially because of a young man who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and prejudiced. I was treated very poorly from start to finish. What’s even worse is that this employee openly mistreats customers who don’t speak English — especially Portuguese and Hispanic people — even though he speaks Portuguese fluently. I went there to get my front windshield tint & my two front windows redone and they not only put the wrong tint and were upset that they had to redo it but once they gave me back my car ALL OF THE LIGHTS WERE ON! They told me it wasn’t there problem that they didn’t do anything when I have proof my car was just serviced at Honda two days prior and had ZERO issues.
