Never go to this place. My experience at Tais II Tire Shop in Newark was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The customer service is terrible, especially because of a young man who was extremely rude, disrespectful, and prejudiced. I was treated very poorly from start to finish. What’s even worse is that this employee openly mistreats customers who don’t speak English — especially Portuguese and Hispanic people — even though he speaks Portuguese fluently. I went there to get my front windshield tint & my two front windows redone and they not only put the wrong tint and were upset that they had to redo it but once they gave me back my car ALL OF THE LIGHTS WERE ON! They told me it wasn’t there problem that they didn’t do anything when I have proof my car was just serviced at Honda two days prior and had ZERO issues. maybe the tiers is good, but that's about it, DO NOT do alignment, sorry, they don't know what they are doing
The owner and one employee at the front desk are very rude. Totally unprofessional.
