Absolute rip-off. Incompetent and dishonest. Tairua Automotive Ltd should be avoided, full stop. We were charged $80 for a completely wrong diagnosis and nearly pushed into unnecessary, expensive repairs that turned out to be total nonsense. We went in for one simple thing: charging our second battery. Instead of doing basic checks, the electrician immediately claimed our alternator was faulty and needed replacing.
