Understaffed and email reply frequency needs improvement
Front desk staffs are extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. What a disgrace representing Taiwan. My whole experience was utterly ridiculous.
would love to give 0 stars if possible. the lady with glasses working at the front desk is insanely rude. talks with the most condescending tone. it is literally her job to help at the front desk yet she acts like the whole world is bothering her. unprofessional.
Very fast and helpful! I needed to renew my passport and the total time it took from waiting to submitting the material was about 30 minutes. The office is open 9 to 12 pm.
Very patient and kind, helped me with my Taiwan visa
