Friendly staffs. The lady is very knowledgeable and helpful with my passport application.
Called about conscription and a guy answered the phone. He was SO RUDE! And he also purposely gave false information to try to fear monger me. So unprofessional and disrespectful. Edit - I’m now a Canadian citizen without having to serve the Taiwanese military. He lied
