I witnessed this realtor be extremely rude and disrespectful to the people she works with. It a was very disheartening to see her treat people that way. Do better Ms. Guillot.

BUYER BEWARE! I originally gave this agent a good review but I found out she wasn't working for me, but the people I bought the house from. She went behind my back & allowed the closing agent to charge me, the buyer, for the closing fees. In the middle of closing they said I was short; she got paid the amount I was short. I found the house & she insisted on coming with me. She admitted talking about me to the sellers & other people where I moved in a detrimental way. I was lucky enough to to have Tammy as my R/E Broker/Agent. She is so knowledgeable that I didn't have to do a thing. She developed a rapport with everyone involved. She sold my house in less than a week. She also facilitated the purchase of my new house by interacting with all involved & making sure everything was done right. I highly recommend her.
