I just took my first ride on my Tailwind E-Bike. I have not been on a bicycle for over 15 years and I don't usually exercise. I road for an hour, got lots of good peddling in but also never felt like quitting. I look forward to my next ride. The bike seems to be of very good quality, and lots of fun.
I can't believe the quality of the bikes! I'm not much of a bike rider so when my friends went out riding, I'd often stay behind. This was my solution. I brought it out and went on a 30 mile ride with them this past weekend. They said the bike has really high-grade brakes and shifters, and they know their stuff. Long story short, these are amazing. From my research, most of the e-bikes with these components are about twice the price, so it seems like a good value too.
I checked out this e-bike before buying and it all came up with good quality and value for a fat tire bike. The fat tire bike has a beefed up motor and powers thru tough hills. Enjoying the hills now that the bike kicks in the assist. I like that the bike has disk brakes as I tend to go too fast now at times. It has an option to put a set speed on it so I'll need to try that out soon.
