They do wonderful cuts & are good with our 3 dogs. The cut lasts quite a while so keeps them much cooler in the Summer months.

I think this place is great. My dog is a very big dog and also very challenging. I also hate to take him someplace new. .This is our 2nd trip .and another great experience

Brought 3 Pomeranians in yesterday for 2nd grooming at Tail Washers. 1st time they listened & did a great job. This time, not so much. It was suppose to be a lighter trim than what I wound up with. They came back looking like Husky/Terrier Mixes! I groom my own up North but have no deep sink in FL, so was told by a friend they do a great job. My male has a Nick on his scrotum & testicles plus a deep Nick on one paw he keeps licking. My one female has been shaved way to close to her private area & skin is redened. Her back ri... read more

I have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and started to take my dog here while visiting my parents in Leesburg. she has always come back cute and happy, and the male groomer used to show and groom show dog poodles. He does amazing work, even my AKC Cavalier Club liked her cut! He is a very friendly man.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Have been taking my long-haired dachshund there for years and they have been nothing but wonderful! He has a remaining dew claw and they never forget to trim it. He comes home handsome and fresh and happy. They always have time for him and work with my schedule! They give him a classic long-haired doxie trim every time. Could not be more pleased! Always so kind to my baby and to us!

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GENTLEMEN – HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called this groomer on a recommendation from my vet. I had just adopted a handsome pom and they said to take him there for a great service. The gentlemen who worked there tried to convince me to make my dog look like a teddy bear. If I wanted a bear or a lion I would of bought a stuffed animal. I took him there on the day of his appointment. He was there for THREE HOURS. When I picked him up I asked what they did to him, I said just a trim, his ears, paws, and all around.... read more

Great Groomer – Used this Groomer for the first time and they did an excellent job on my Yorkie. Were kind and helpful and the grooming was the best I have had ever.

I have no complaints – I was looking up their # and saw that someone had posted a 1 star review; I completely disagree with this being accurate. I have been taking my bishon to them for over a year and have had nothing but great service. They keep records for each pet and treat them well. My only complaint was they dont carry heavy duty flea/ tick medicine so I have to make an extra trip to the vet but not that big a deal.

Bad – Brought my Pomeranian in for a trim. The butchered her hair. It was totally uneven. They layered it. Who does that to a Pomeranian. When I called to ask for a refund they hung up on me! I believe Stevie Wonder could of done a better job. If you care about your pet don't walk away from this place RUN!!!
