Unprofessional, Unqualified workers, horrible location and I question the mental stability of owner/manager and wonder if their are off their meds.
We love this place everybody is so friendly and most importantly our 7 month old German Shepherd (Jack) loves it specially day care where he gets to play and kill some energy he is always happy to go. The groomer (didn’t catch her name🤦🏻♀️) that has worked with him she is very good and friendly, overall a very welcoming place.
Took my little rex there yesterday and the lady that gave him his full groom was amazing with him and amazing customer service!!! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you so much!!!
The staff is so great there. Love bringing my dog to play there. I started because I was working long hours for a few months but she is so happy there think I might have made a permanent situation.
TailTopia is the best doggy daycare in Sierra Vista. I was so nervous the first time I took my puppy, but Nicole and the staff made me feel very comfortable about leaving her. The facility is amazing, and the staff are all wonderful. I love that they post pictures so you can see what a fun time your pup is having. They take such good care of the dogs and make us owners feel good about leaving our pups. And the best part is your dog comes home happy and tired.
Yes and have. Our 1 year old pups love going to TT. It's clean it's friendly and they are very well taken care of. They recently spent the night (a doggie slumber party) and enjoyed themselves. Thank you TT for being there for us.

Got my dogs groomed there once a month and occasionally used doggy daycare. Staff was always friendly and accommodating for my crazy schedule and dogs. They understand a military lifestyle and my 2 fluffy dependents. Thank you for everything!
The staff is authentically friendly. The facilities are clean and well-kept. The dogs really like it; at least that's what they tell me!🤗
