Rectic is severely malnourished has been for years.. not proper setup. Cohabitates species incorrectly. Outdated knowledge (most times none at all).. Enclosures are covered with fecal matter and spider webs. Species are transferred to uncleaned enclosures. Enclosures improperly set up. Do better. The reptile community here needs it ! Tails and scales needs some SERIOUS educating !

These people are rude, they have like 12-14 year olds working behind the counter who DONT KNOW what they are talking about, enclosures had spiderwebs so they aren’t being cleaned, animals put together that shouldn’t be put together, they rush you out and only care about the money...I try to recommend exotic pets over this place any day
Excellent customer service, a wide variety of animals & supplies, great prices. The owners have been doing this for over 20yrs and definitely know there market.

My girlfriend went here to buy guinea pigs and they were in horrible shape. They had deep scratches on them. The employee pressured her to buy the animals and just tossed the box the pigs were in on the counter like they weren’t animals.
